(1) Version Compatibility Table 

Check if the computer system corresponds to the software installation version. Refer to the following table for guidance:

(2) Solution Steps 

Solution:
Follow these steps:
1.    Click the "Start" button.
2.    Select "Settings".
3.    Choose "Time & Language".
4.    Select "Region & Language".
5.    Click "System Language Settings".
6.    Make sure "System Administration" is selected.
7.    Click "Change System Locale Settings".
8.    Uncheck the option for "Use UTF-8 for worldwide language support".
9.    Click "OK".
10.    A prompt will appear, indicating that the computer needs to be restarted for the changes to take effect. Click "Restart Now".

After restarting the computer, the 701 Server/Client will display properly.

※ Starting from version 10.X, the software supports Unicode format, so whether checked or not, it will not have any impact. However, for versions before 9.X, it is necessary to uncheck the setting for "[Provide global language support using UTF-8]."
