Problem Solving :
The problem is caused that the factory default set up the reader as arming status,
If the door contact is not connected, the reader will take the door to be open abnormal, so the alarm will be active to flash red led.
The solution is that connect the orange line for door contact to GND, the reader will take the door contact staying on normal status, the alarm will be stop ; or if your customer don’t need alarm function, you can enter programming mode to disable arming status by *#
